How Rentals Work
Please note that the one time rental prices displayed are based on 1-7 day stays. If rental exceeds 7 days, additional days will be charged at a prorated rate. 48 hours notice required for all rental gear. If placing an order within 48 hours of delivery, a Rush fee may be applied to your order.
While normal wear and tear is expected, rental items are the responsibility of the renter to keep safe. Broken or unreturned items are subject to the product’s full replacement cost.
Remember to always swim at your own risk and consider the weather and safety flags each day. Rental items broken or lost on high wind days with Red flags will still be the renter’s responsibility to replace. Depending on where you are staying, there may be local laws that you must adhere to which are a good idea to familiarize yourself with. Local laws vary and can be found on the applicable county webpages found on the Beach Access Points tab, or you can ask your rental manager.
Once your order is placed, we coordinate with your rental manager and schedule a time to deliver your items on your check-in day, before you arrive when possible, so you have access to your gear for the entire duration of your trip! We ask that you take care of our rental items as your own and rinse all beach gear on your last beach day and let it dry out. We will come by the morning of your check-out to retrieve all rental items. Please leave the rental gear inside in case you check out before we arrive.
