*One Grocery Convenience per month (you can use personally or give to guest) (59.00 Convenience fee waived)
*Airport Transport from ECP Airport at no charge (for owners only, non-transferrable, 72-hour notice is required).
*Guest Gifts- If you would like to do something Special for a guest’s Birthday, Anniversary or a Thank You for being a returning client, let us know, we can handle that and Waive the 59.00 convenience fee.

Proxy Services
*Boots on the ground for Owners- Storm coming and you would like your patio furniture put inside? Need a check done on your condo? We live here let us know and we can handle it.
*Deliveries to Condo- Need kitchen supplies, linens or items for the owner’s closet stocked in the unit? Send them to us and we will deliver and put away in your condo. We can also remove any old items you would like replaced. If you are having large items (furniture, appliances) delivered, let us know if you would like someone there for delivery. (Large furniture assembly is additional charge)
