Pre-Arrival Grocery Delivery is a way to truly elevate your vacation experience to Panama City Beach and 30A! Skip the grocery lines and simply check-in to your vacation rental to find all your favorite snacks and drinks stocked and ready to enjoy. Not sure if it’s worth it? How it Works:
Pay the $150 Deposit (grocery order minimum) and $59 Convenience Fee to secure your reservation. The $150 paid today will be subtracted from your final grocery shopping bill. Then, send us your grocery list (instructions below) and let us handle all of the shopping, delivery, and stocking! We work directly with your rental agency to gain access to your unit, pre-arrival when possible, so that come check-in time, you have everything stocked and ready to enjoy. On the day of delivery, you’ll pay your remaining grocery balance plus a 25% Handling Fee on the grocery total. Additional fees may apply for last-minute rush orders and/or large orders exceeding $500. Place your order in advance as our calendar tends to fill up in the busy season!
How to send your list:
We do not accept hand written or typed out lists. If your grocery list isn’t ready yet, no worries! Check the box “Will Email List” and share it with us at least 3 days before arrival. For instructions on how to send us your list, see the tabs below, labeled “How to send us your Publix list” or “How to send us you Wal-mart list” and follow the appropriate instructions depending on where you’d like us to shop. We can also get alcohol if you send us a copy of your ID which matches your order name and credit card used.

How to Send us Your WAL-MART List
To send us your shopping list from Wal-mart, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Walmart account on the website or app
- Click “Reorder My Items” at the top of the page, then select “Lists”
- Create a new list
To add items:
- Use the search bar at the top of the page to find a product
- Click on the item to open its page
- Select “Add to List” (not “Add to Cart”) and save
- If you need multiples, add the item to the list again
- Repeat for all items you’d like to include
Once finished:
- Go back to “Reorder My Items” → “Lists”
- Select your list and review quantities and estimated total
To send it to us:
- Click the “Share” icon and select “Copy Link”
- Paste the link into an email to info@condocierge.com
- Include your name and delivery date in the email
How to Send us Your PUBLIX List
To send us your shopping list from Publix, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on the Publix website (NOT INSTACART)
- Click “Shopping List” at the top of the page
- Select “Search Products” button in middle of page
- Use the search bar to find items you’d like to add
- Click “+ Add to List” for each item (it will change to “Added” once selected)
Once you’ve added everything:
- Return to your Shopping List
- Adjust quantities and add any notes as needed
- Click “Manage List” → “Print” → “Save as PDF”
- Name the file so it’s easy to find
- Paste the link into an email to info@condocierge.com
- Include your name and delivery date in the email

How Payment Works
In order to reserve a spot on our calendar, Add Pre-Arrival Grocery Service to your Cart and pay the $150 Deposit (minimum order requirement) on your groceries plus the $59 Convenience Fee. The $150 deposit paid will go towards your grocery bill. Once all groceries have been delivered, we’ll invoice you for your remaining grocery bill (minus the $150 initial deposit), plus a 25% handling fee. The 25% Handling Fee will be calculated on your grocery total. Final Payment is due on the day of delivery.
Orders over $500 include a $25 large order handling fee to provide an additional team member for efficient unloading and timely delivery within limited condo/home access windows.
Last-minute orders under 3 days of check-in are subject to an additional $29 Rush fee if accepted.
Cancellation waives the refund of the Convenience Fee in all circumstances. If you must cancel your Grocery Delivery order within 3 days of scheduled delivery or after groceries have already been purchased, you will still be responsible for payment of your groceries.
All grocery items once delivered are final sale and cannot be returned.
Holiday orders may be subject to additional surcharge.
Important Notes
While we aim to make all deliveries pre-arrival, sometimes we are not granted access to enter until guest check-in time which will delay grocery delivery.
If an item is out of stock the morning of shopping, we will use our best judgement to find a suitable substitute.
All grocery items once ordered cannot be returned.
Last-minute orders under 3 days of check-in are subject to an additional $29 Rush fee if accepted.
