Pre-Arrival Grocery Delivery is a way to truly elevate your vacation experience to Panama City Beach and 30A! Skip the grocery lines and simply check-in to your vacation rental to find all your favorite snacks and drinks stocked and ready to enjoy. Not sure if it’s worth it? How it Works:
Pay the $150 Deposit (grocery order minimum) and $59 Convenience Fee to secure your reservation. The $150 paid today will be subtracted from your final grocery shopping bill. Then, send us your grocery list and let us handle all of the shopping, delivery, and stocking! We work directly with your rental agency to gain access to your unit, pre-arrival when possible, so that come check-in time, you have everything stocked and ready to enjoy. On the day of delivery, you’ll pay your remaining grocery balance plus a 25% Handling Fee on the grocery total. Place your order in advance as our calendar tends to fill up in the busy season!

How to send your list:
We do not accept hand written or typed out lists. To send us your Wal-Mart list, log into your Wal-Mart account and Create a new list. Next, search for an item you want in the search bar at the top of the page. Click on the item picture to load the page and click “Add to list” (below add to cart button) and Save. If you want multiple of an item, add it to the list again. Search for the next item and repeat steps above. Continue this until satisfied. To review, click on the “Reorder My Items” bar up top and then “Lists”. Select the list you created and review quantities and estimated cost. To Share, click the “Share” icon and “Copy Link”. Paste the link into an email to us at info@condocierge.com with your name and delivery date. Or, watch this short 1.5 minute video for instructions on how to do so! If your grocery list isn’t ready yet, no worries! Check the box “Will Email List” and share it with us at least 3 days before arrival.
How Payment Works
In order to reserve a spot on our calendar, Add Pre-Arrival Grocery Service to your Cart and pay the $150 Deposit (minimum order requirement) on your groceries plus the $59 Convenience Fee. The $150 deposit paid will go towards your grocery bill. Once all groceries have been delivered, we’ll invoice you for your remaining grocery bill (minus the $150 initial deposit), plus a 25% handling fee. The 25% Handling Fee will be calculated on your grocery total. Final Payment is due on the day of delivery and will incur a late fee of $25 at 3 days.
Last-minute orders under 48 hours of check-in are subject to an additional $29 Rush fee.
Cancellation waives the refund of the Convenience Fee in all circumstances. If you must cancel your Grocery Delivery order within 48 hours of scheduled delivery or after groceries have already been purchased, you will still be responsible for payment of your groceries.
All grocery items once delivered are final sale and cannot be returned.
Holiday orders may be subject to additional surcharge.

We’re happy to offer either Wal-Mart or Publix to shop at for you. To send us your Wal-Mart list, log into your Wal-Mart account and Click on “Reorder My Items” on the top of the page and then click “Lists”. Create a new list. Next, search for an item you want in the search bar at the top of the page. Click on the item picture to load the page and click “Add to list” (not add to cart) and Save. If you want multiple of an item, add it to the list again. Search for the next item and repeat steps above. Continue this until you’re satisfied with your list. Paste the link into an email to us at info@condocierge.com with your name and delivery date. You can also create a list on the Publix app to share if you prefer we shop there.
Important Notes
While we aim to make all deliveries pre-arrival, sometimes we are not granted access to enter until guest check-in time which will delay grocery delivery.
If an item is out of stock the morning of shopping, we will use our best judgement to find a suitable substitute.
All grocery items once ordered cannot be returned.
