How Baby Rentals Work
Please note that the one-time rental prices displayed are based on 1–7 day stays. If rental exceeds 7 days, additional days will be charged at a prorated rate. 3 days notice is required for all rental gear. If placing an order within 3 days of delivery, a Rush fee may be applied to your order.
While normal wear and tear is expected, rental items are the responsibility of the renter to keep safe. Broken, lost, or unreturned items are subject to the product’s full replacement cost. If you notice anything wrong with your rental gear at drop off, please notify us ASAP so we can come and replace it for you.
For safety, please always use baby gear according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and supervise children at all times. CondoCierge is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of rental equipment.
Once your order is placed, we coordinate with your rental manager and schedule a time to deliver your items on your check-in day, before you arrive when possible, so you have access to your gear for the entire duration of your trip. We ask that you take care of our rental items during your stay. We will come by the morning of your check-out to retrieve all rental items. Please leave the rental gear inside in case you check out before we arrive.
