How Rentals Works
Please note that the one time rental prices displayed are based on 1-7 day stays. If rental exceeds 7 days, additional days will be charged at a prorated rate.
While normal wear and tear is expected, rental items are the responsibility of the renter to keep safe. Broken or unreturned items are subject to the product’s full replacement cost.
Once your order is placed, we coordinate with your rental manager and schedule a time to deliver your items on your check-in day, before you arrive when possible, so you have access to your gear for the entire duration of your trip! We ask that you take care of our rental items as your own and rinse all rental gear on your last day and let it dry out. We will come by the morning of your check-out to retrieve all rental items. Please leave the rental gear inside in case you check out before we arrive.
